Sacred Heart Church does not sell or rent personal information.

  • With the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu for sacramental, canonical, or administrative purposes
  • With trusted third-party service providers that assist in parish operations (e.g., communication and scheduling platforms such as Zoom Phone, OSV Hub, or Ministry Scheduler Pro)
  • When required by law or to comply with legal obligations

All third-party providers are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protection standards.


4. Communications (Email, Phone, and Text)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Sacred Heart Church, including:

We use communication tools such as Zoom Phone and OSV Hub to facilitate these services.

Personal information is never sold, rented, or used for commercial marketing.  No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
